THE QUALITY SYSTEM
Ponzio has always stood for quality in the aluminium surface treatment sector. The first step was to obtain certification of the entire Company Quality System according to the international ISO 9001 standard (November 1999) to guarantee the ongoing improvement of company processes.
Moreover, it was one of the first companies to obtain product certification for coated aluminium (QUALICOAT trademark, 1996) and for oxidised aluminium (QUALANOD trademark, 1999), as well as certification for sublimation on aluminium (QUALIDECO trademark, 2018).
THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Attention to issues related to the environment is realized in Ponzio with the implementation and maintenance of an Environmental Management System certified according to ISO 14001 since 1999.
The goal of continuous improvement of environmental performance has been realized in a numerous investments aimed at reducing the environmental impacts of activities and reducing the consumption of resources (implementation of industrial water recovery systems, implementation of photovoltaic panels, etc.). Ponzio was the first company in the aluminum sector to obtain EMAS registration according to EC Regulation 761/01, and among the first in Italy (registration number 22), back in 1999.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Code of Ethics contains the indication of certain principles to which the behavior of employees, directors, auditors, collaborators, customers and suppliers and in general of all those who come into contact with our business reality should conform.
COMPANY POLICY
Ponzio has defined its "mission," enshrining long-term goals to be pursued continuously in the areas of quality, environment and safety as illustrated in the file attached to this article.

THE SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In order to ensure the integrity of workers within Ponzio, the Company has implemented and maintains active, an occupational health and safety management system.
In this regard, the company, previously OHSAS 18001 certified, recently transitioned to the international standard UNI ISO 45001:2018.
